So finally Memebox released Skinfood themed box last week and this week I have it my hands! Thank memegods for express shipping! I am so happy that I got the chance to purchase this in VIP sale value set together with the Face Shop box. Unfortunately, this box will not be mine as I am gonna give it as a present to my lovely twin sister! <3 I MISS YOU!(She is in the Philippines)
For those not familiar Skin Food which I am not also but I have heard so many great things about it that's why I decided to purchase this box. Skin food is the first ever Korean cosmetics brand to emphasize the importance of "feeding" the skin. All cosmetics are infused with a healthy blend of fruits, veggies, and your delicious treats to enhance your natural beauty. You can read more about the company here. And for those that are not familiar with Memebox it is a subscription box type of service where you get to choose themed boxes catered to your specific taste may it be makeup or skincare. The box contains 4-9 a selection full sized products and deluxe samples. In this case, it is a Superbox so all contents are all full size.

What I think so far...
I have done egg white mask on my face before and it really tightens up my pores you can even move your face, it is interesting to put it into a cleanser this would be good for my sister's oily skin! I hope this is a gentle cleanser for normal and dry skin though. When I have new cleansers I tend to use them at night time when my skin is the most dirty to see how effective is the cleanser and also how strong it cleanses the skin.
Skin food Tomato Whitening Toner

What I think so far...
It surprised me that this would contain alcohol you can see the list of ingredients here. For oily skin this would be great but am not sure with dry skin you might want to moisturize more after you use it just to be sure. With having acne prone skin my sister and I are prone to blemishes so this is a good product with mild whitening to help reduce it.
Skinfood Facial Water Vita-C Cream

What I think so far...
The ingredients are very interesting very rich in Vitamin C because it contains extracts from raspberry, acai berry, cranberry and strawberry. Wow! that's a lot of berries! LOL! It also contains Alaskan Glacier Water (sounds fancy!) which is fresh water at mild alkaline pH, enriched with oxygen, minerals and ions. This cream is one of the three Facial Water Vita Series they have the Vita-A is dry skin, Vita-B for oily skin, and then Vita-C for normal or all skin types.
Skinfood Black Sugar Wash Off Mask

What I think so far...
This the product that I have heard so much about am glad that they have included this in the box. This contains mineral-enriched Brazilian black sugar. Personally, I am a sucker for exfoliators and their are a lot of great reviews about this product. This would be something I would use after I take my shower, its always feels nice when your fresh and squeaky clean.

What I think so far...
What I got in the box is the 01 Grey Khaki Black, honestly this is the odd 1 out of this whole box its all skincare then BOOM eyebrow powder! LOL! I wish that they could have just added some facial mask sheets instead of this one as a filler. Still not sure how I feel about this one its just so out of place.
TOTAL REVIEW
The total cost of the whole contents of the box according to the description card is $57 I bought this in a value set so it only cost me around $32.15. I kind of wish that they could have put at least 2 more products in this box and not the eyebrow powder. Still happy though you get a cleanser, toner, moisturizer and mask a really good way to sample Skinfood! :)) I hope that in the future Memebox would expand with other brand boxes too would really like to try the other big brand Korean cosmetic companies also like Clio, 3 concept eyes, the Saem, Nature Republic and maybe discover some more hidden gems too!
